The nearest landmark is Hammersmith Bridge.
Walk along the tow-path (south side of the river
Thames) towards Putney,
and turn off to the right along the first footpath,
which is quite a way along - and you will
eventually come to it. Take a bus if the tide is high!
It is worth a visit.
